Interdisciplinary researcher combining technical work in artificial intelligence and intelligent systems with sustained scholarship in ethics, philosophy and theology. Current work focuses on AI alignment and moral reasoning, human dignity and agency, AI safety and governance, relational AI and artificial companionship, cognition and education, alongside adaptive, efficient and privacy-preserving AI for edge, mobile, health and cyber-physical applications.
